The rules for using Narrafied, including accounts, subscriptions, content rights, and dispute resolution.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Narrafied. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Each person may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination.
Narrafied allows you to upload book content, convert text to audio, listen to generated audiobooks, track listening progress, and access your library across devices.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to process, convert, store, and display your content to you within the app.
You agree not to upload content that you do not have the right to use, infringes on rights, is illegal, contains malware, or violates laws.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and convert any content. We are not responsible for copyright infringement by users.
If you believe content on our service infringes your copyright, contact us at dmca@narrafied.com with the work description, location of the content, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and your signature.
Free tier has limited usage; Premium includes unlimited audiobook processing and premium features.
Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at purchase. Payment is processed through Apple In-App Purchase or Stripe. Prices may change with notice.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancel anytime through the app or Apple settings. You retain access until the end of your paid period; no refunds for partial periods.
Apple IAP refunds are handled by Apple. Stripe payments: contact us within 30 days for refund consideration.
You agree not to use the app for illegal purposes, reverse engineer, interfere with the service, access data without authorization, scrape data, distribute malware, use automated systems without permission, or resell the service.
The app (excluding user content) is owned by Narrafied. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or remove proprietary notices.
We use third-party text-to-speech and payment processors. Their terms apply to those transactions. The app may contain links to third-party services; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or audio quality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narrafied is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, or goodwill; service interruption; or any damages exceeding the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold Narrafied harmless from claims arising from your use of the app, your content, your violation of these terms, or violation of others’ rights.
You may delete your account at any time through app settings.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for term violations, fraudulent or illegal activity, extended inactivity, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, access ends and data may be deleted after 90 days. Provisions intended to survive will remain in effect.
Contact us first to resolve disputes informally.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration except where prohibited by law.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive participation in class actions.
These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated terms in the app, sending a notification, or requiring acceptance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are the entire agreement between you and Narrafied. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights; we may assign ours.
